Show calling  

Creating “show books” and giving clear instructions to crew so they can execute their cues at the appropriate time. 

Stage Management 

Managing back stage elements of the show, such as “get in”, artist’s requirements prior and during show time, and ensuring that all presenters are briefed and “miked up” and ready to go on. 

Venue search and Recces   

Find a suitable venue fitting the parameters and budget set. Produce a detailed report on the facilities available. Produce AutoCAD drawings if required. 

Consultancy 

Provide advice and support on all aspects of the audiovisual industry, from purchasing, installations and events, to exhibitions, warehouse management and Rental software.
